Evaluation Request Form

Fill out and submit the form below to request a temporary User Account that will let you try out all available content and features of RAA Web-Based Training. We will email you an evaluation UserID and Password along with helpful instructions and setup/trouble-shooting information.

Administrative LMS Evaluation:	Please contact me to arrange for an evaluation of the Administrative Learning Management System (LMS). An Administrative Account evaluation is available for supervisors or managers who are responsible for their organization's training program and wish to to be able to monitor users activity, results, customize lessons, tests, user information, or develop their own content using our Content Authoring Tool (or one of their own).
